Beth Ann Wilson has over twenty years of experience counseling individuals about career and life decisions. She has earned certification as a Career Management Fellow from the Institute of Career Certification International. Specializing in career planning, transition and management, she advises people of all ages from diverse fields and backgrounds. Her experience includes designing and conducting training programs and workshops for corporate, government, education and non-profit organizations. Beth currently has an independent career consulting practice with offices in Philadelphia and Delaware County. She has conducted career transition workshops for Right Management Consultants as an adjunct. Prior to starting her practice, Beth worked for OPTIONS Career and Human Resource Consulting for seventeen years. As past co-president and current board member of the Association of Career Professionals International - Greater Philadelphia Chapter, Beth has a worldwide network of professional colleagues. Beth co-facilitates a Career Management Forum with the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. She is a Work in Retirement guide for www.ComingofAge.org and a member of the GetWorks Steering Committee, a job search forum serving Delaware County. She earned a M.Ed. in Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University and a B.A. in Psychology from Dickinson College.
