Commemorate Tish'A B'Av (the 9th of Av) with the Collaborative as we walk amongst the trees of Valley Green. Tish'A B'Av (Literally the 9th day of the Month of Av) commemorates the destruction of the First and Second Temples--but can also be seen as a commemoration of the tragedies that the Jewish people have endured, and a celebration that despite the history, Judiasm, and the Jewish people are still a thriving culture around the world today. We will spend the afternoon hiking in beautiful Valley Green, discussing what being Jewish means to each of us, and just enjoying the day!

Join the Collaborative and the Renaissance Group for the Jewish Heritage Celebration with the Phillies. Cheer with new and old friends as the Phils play the Washington Nationals. We will be meeting up at 6:30pm at McFaddens at the stadium to hand out tickets. Cost: $15. RSVP Required.

Mingle with fellow newbies as well as a few of our regulars over a game of pool or darts.
