Eakins Oval on the Ben Franklin Parkway Join the Philadelphia Jewish community as we celebrate Israel’s 60th Birthday. A parade will start at noon from 16th & the Parkway to Eakins Oval. Following the parade, join the festival for food, booths, and live music. The whole event goes from noon to 5pm, but take special care to join us from 1-2:30pm, as young professionals and grad students will chill at the "Tel Aviv beach and cafe"—so bring your own lunch and blanket, we’ll provide drinks and games.
